  12. For SAMPLE disks ($3), please enter Program name as "SAMPLE DISKETTE" and
  13. leave the version slot blank.  SAMPLE diskettes are sent FREE with a
  14. registration.  For requests of specific samples, please write them on the 
  15. back side of the page.  NOTE:  Programs do take up room.  You can only fit so
  16. many on a disk.  Please only request the ones you REALLY want.  They will be
  17. taken in order.  Some programs are included AUTOMATICALLY on the sample disk
  18. and as such are the first put on.  Your preferenced on types or programs
  19. requested should be written on the back of this form (example:  Not everyone
  20. is a sysop of a BBS and would not use a program designed for sysops...)

  22. Registration names MUST be 40 letters or less...
  23.  
  24.         For example, "Chris Walker of Charon, The 10th Planet" barely fits.
  25.                 Another example would be "Jon Doe" or
  26.                                         "George Doe of George's Place BBS"...
